Lulu Cookies began with a simple belief: beautiful desserts should taste every bit as extraordinary as they look.
What started as a creative passion has grown into a boutique cookie studio where every recipe is made from scratch, every order is handcrafted in small batches, and every detail is intentional.
I’ve always believed that baking is equal parts artistry and craftsmanship. A beautiful cookie should never come at the expense of flavour. That’s why I spend just as much time developing recipes as I do designing them. Whether it’s incorporating fresh local strawberries into our Rosé buttercream, using quality chocolate, or sourcing Alberta ingredients whenever possible, every ingredient is chosen with purpose.
My inspiration comes from nature, soft colour palettes, florals, changing seasons, and the simple joy of gathering around a table with people you love. Those influences shape every collection, every cake, and every cookie that leaves my kitchen.
Lulu Cookies was never meant to be about producing as much as possible. It was built on the idea that handcrafted baking deserves to be thoughtful, beautiful, and personal. Every order represents someone’s birthday, wedding, baby shower, anniversary, or quiet moment of celebration, and I never lose sight of the privilege of being a small part of those memories.
