The Pearl is our signature cookie pie, two soft, buttery sugar cookies nestled around a seasonal fruit filling, then finished with a browned butter vanilla bean glaze, delicate edible florals, and touches of edible gold.

Each flavour is inspired by the seasons and crafted in small batches using thoughtfully sourced ingredients, including local fruit whenever possible. Soft, fragrant, and just a little indulgent, The Pearl is designed to feel like a special occasion, whether shared with friends or savoured slowly with a cup of tea.
